2. Scope and legal basis

This policy applies to the website maestralhomecare.com. We process your data to answer your property-care enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps before a contract) and on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. What data we collect

From the request form

• Name
• E-mail address
• Phone / WhatsApp number, with country code (optional)
• Location of the property (selection)
• Property type (apartment / house / villa)
• Property size (area band)
• Garden and pool (checkboxes)
• Interest / preferred plan (optional)
• Questions or comments (free text)
• Name or e-mail of the person who recommended you (optional)
• Consent to this privacy policy (checkbox)
• Language of the page you opened (de / en / hr)
• Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) if you arrive from an advertising link. They stay in your browser's memory (sessionStorage) only for your visit and are sent only together with the form.

Technical data

• When you submit the form, the hosting and form service briefly processes your IP address to fend off abuse (spam, mass requests).
• A hidden spam-protection field in the form is not stored.
• Your browser language is evaluated only in your browser to open the matching language version; it is not sent or stored.

Cookies and analytics

The website sets no cookies and currently uses no analytics or tracking tool. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

4. Purposes

• Answer your enquiry within 24 hours
• Agree the offer, the plan and the start of care with you
• Send you a confirmation e-mail
• Measure the effect of advertising links (campaign parameters only, no profiling)

5. Retention

We delete enquiries that do not lead to a contract 12 months after the last contact. We keep client data for the duration of the contract and afterwards only as long as statutory retention obligations (in particular tax law) require.

6. Recipients and processors

Your data is received only by us and by the service providers that make the website work:

• Hosting of the website and the form: Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA (data transfer based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses)
• E-mail delivery of form messages: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), USA; messages are sent via the EU region Ireland (eu-west-1), account and log data are stored in the USA (data transfer based on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
• E-mail inbox info@maestralhomecare.com: forwarding via Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to a mailbox at Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland
• Internal notification about new enquiries (messenger): Telegram Messenger Inc. (operator of Telegram). Only your name and the location, property type, size, preferred plan and page language of the enquiry are sent, no phone number and no e-mail address. According to Telegram, data of users in the EEA is stored in data centres in the Netherlands; transfers within the Telegram group rely on the EU standard contractual clauses

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR exist or will be concluded with these providers. If a provider is outside the EU, data is transferred only with suitable safeguards (for example standard contractual clauses).

7. Third-party links

If you tap a WhatsApp link (wa.me) or a phone number, further communication runs through WhatsApp or your phone provider under their own privacy terms. We have no influence on them.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@maestralhomecare.com.

You can also complain to the supervisory authority: Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Zagreb, Croatia, azop.hr, or to the data protection authority of your country of residence.

9. Children

Our service is aimed at adults who own a property. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We update this policy when the service or the processing changes; the version published on this page applies.
